I was disappointed with the wait for my order. I had ordered this online and it said pick up time 18:40 when I ordered at 18:10 I arrived 18:32 and still had to wait until 18:51 when. Food was still fresh and hot but I was still left waiting as were other customers who had arrived before me.

I waited over an hour for my food and it was just warm so most off it went in the bin

I called them after an hour and they thought it had been sent out. Called back 20 minutes later and nobody knew where it was. Cancelled the order and was told to tell this to the driver when they came, but they never did.

The chicken was overcooked and th chips were quite soggy

Placed an order for delivery at 19:18 (delivery by 20:00). Phoned at 20:42 as still hadn't received my order. Told it was still in the shop and would be with me soon, as they were short staffed. Finally received it at 21:35 (2hours 17mins from order to delivery). Food was good when it arrived, however, if there is such a shortage of staff and it would be quicker to catch the fish and grow the potatoes, then orders should not be taken. Or, at least notify the customer of such lengthy delays, phone number and email are provided when ordering. All in all, good food, but disgusting service and delivery. Service and delivery didn't even deserve as high as 1 star.

Deliver was meant to be 19:10 and it didn’t come till 21:32, when we phoned up at 20:15 we were told it has just left phoned again at 20:35 told it’s just getting cooked, food was cold and missing items

A jumbo haggis full of spice. My tumbo's stuffed - the taste so nice! So chuffed that I could dance a jig for connoisseur chefs at The Brig.

Staying locally on holiday and after the order went through they called up to say they don't actually deliver to where we are staying, but we could go pick up, so we said we would do. The staff were lovely and friendly, they gave us a free bottle of drink and some curry sauce to make up for the delivery fee we paid. Unfortunately the food was awful. The fish was soggy and chewy, the batter not crispy at all. Chips were OK. Salt and vinegar was put on our meals but there was no taste of this. We ordered deep fried mars bars for desert, again the batter was chewy and soft, and not even a proper coating. Very disappointed with the food quality. The worst fish and chips we have ever eaten.

I got the LARGE fish....the fish was tiny. Usually get a decent sized portion, but this was extremely small. The burger was full of gristle.

Unfortunately, maybe just unlucky, one item of our order was delicious and lovely, however we didn’t enjoy the rest. The special fish was over cooked and very dry, the haggis pudding was just a bit cold and perhaps slightly undercooked.

Delivery took slightly longer than the expected 40 mins, but understandable as we thought you might have been busy. We usually order from Linburn Rd but couldn't place any order yesterday so it prompted us to order from yourselves instead Food was tasty - though the chicken tenders were very saucy, and the battered fish wasn't as crisp as i would have liked, but overall still quite tasty food.

Yet again they got the order slightly wrong. Didn’t get the sauces correct for the Kebab bowl and didn’t even supply the ordered sauce for the pizza

This is the second low quality meal we’ve had so wanted to give feedback. Fish supper - chips were ok but only lukewarm. Fish batter was soggy and fish was just warm Chicken Kebab- Chicken was burnt, overcooked and dry, pitta bread was over cooked and like a piece of cardboard, salad was squashed and hot from the food. Accompanying dips were nice however couldn’t eat much due to the food being inedible. Greek Salad- Nice large salad, could do with a little more feta and the dressing coming separately. In the past we have had good meals from here however it just seems to not be the same and probably won’t return.

Usually have great experience with you guys but delivery took over an hour, food was lukewarm & 2 items missing on arrival. Hopefully a blip!
